The property is a beautifully renovated 18th Century farmhouse (finca), situated in between San Rafael and Can Tomas to the west of the island of Ibiza. The finca has been styled and decorated using an earthy palette of natural materials and furniture from  Bali, India and Morocco, whilst retaining the indigenous sabina beams and characteristic thick walls..The extensive grounds are abundant with lavender, verbena, rosemary, oleander, giant aloe vera, cacti, ancient pine and olive trees, as well as an orchard supplying morning orange juice and lemons.

The swimming pool, which uses a salt water system and minimal chemicals, can also be heated, out of season stretching the swimming season from April to October.. It is flanked by double Balinese sun loungers and sun shades. A huge iroko deck under the ancient olive tree offers loads of natural shade.

GARDENS& PLAYGROUND
The mature gardens the property a true Ibicencan feel. To the north of the house is an enchanting garden where you can dine under fairy lights and enjoy views of the forest and the sun setting behind the hills and to the front is the large terrace and pool area with views of the orchard and ancient olive trees..

The playground is sheltered under two big shady pine trees. There is a sandpit and a trampoline, swings, a slide, a water shoot game, and a ping pong table.
