Luxury villa is located on the top of one of the mountains in the Roca Llisa

This large newly built villa with 4 spacious bedrooms in the main house is located on the top of one of the mountains in the urbanization Roca Llisa. The modern design of the project included the design of the entire exterior, stairs, terraces, and garden area and the two spacious guest rooms with bathroom and large pool. Upon entering the main house, one has the feeling of entering a very unique villa, because from the entrance we come to the very large living room with open kitchen with super high ceilings, as you can hardly find in Ibiza. The living room has large windows that can be opened electrically, so that the living room and terrace form one unit. Asking 17.5 Million !!

Based on the design of the house, we developed a project that tries to capture the essence of the Mediterranean light. The material used to build the terraces is limestone and natural stone from Ibiza, as in the whole urbanization. The terraces and stairs are paved with bone-colored limestone from Castellón. Noteworthy is the careful design of the staircase that connects the main terrace with the upper terraces. A staircase connects the two levels of the upper terraces. The staircase connecting the entrance with the outbuilding is made of precast concrete in bone colour.
The design of the garden took as its starting point the verticality of the cypress tree, which has been part of the landscape design of the development since its inception in the 1970s.

The development of residential buildings on both sides of the hill creates dimensions in height that must be sweetened by vegetation. In addition to cypress trees, olive trees form the hedge at the entrance and other hundred-year-old olive trees in the main garden. The landscaping includes pines, aromatic Mediterranean trees and buganvillas that provide intensity of colour and help us cover the large canvases of stone walls.

This property has 2 large pools, one for the main house and one for the guest house. There is a possibility to build 2 more bedrooms in the guest house. Both houses have the best sea view you can find.

The view is simply unique in Ibiza , as you have a 360 degree view you also have sun like you can hardly find. From the beautiful sunrise to the unforgettable sunset.
